The heat supply is based on district heating. The tower block has water-based underfloor heating and bathrooms have electric underfloor heating. A central ventilation system with heat recovery is installed in the building. The apartments will be fitted with fibre optic cables.

A parking spot costs 2,000–3,000 euros. It is also possible to purchase a bicycle parking spot in the bicycle storage shelter (price €600).
