Kaisa Hiire Joins the Management Board of Domus Kinnisvara
The real estate consulting, brokerage, and valuation company Domus Kinnisvara Vahendus OÜ has appointed Kaisa Hiire, an experienced professional with a long-standing career in the real estate market, as a new member of its management board.
Previously the head of Domus’ Tartu office, Kaisa Hiire was invited to strengthen the company’s service business processes. According to Raul Reino, founder and management board member of Domus Kinnisvara, the addition of Kaisa Hiire brings nearly 20 years of real estate market experience and a wealth of ambition for the future. “The industry is on the verge of significant changes – a generational shift among clients, a reversal in demographic trends, the explosive growth of technological capabilities, and more. Both valuation and brokerage services need to be redefined and restructured to ensure they remain beneficial to all market participants for the next 5 to 10 years,” Reino said.
Kaisa Hiire expressed her honor and excitement in joining the top management of Domus Kinnisvara Vahendus OÜ. “Domus Kinnisvara has demonstrated consistent growth for over 22 years. We have a strong team and a synergistic service portfolio. However, there is always room for improvement, and I am thrilled to contribute to the company’s gazelle-like growth,” Hiire stated.
Starting her real estate career in 2006, Kaisa Hiire has spent the majority of her professional journey as a property appraiser, holding the highest qualification for property valuation (Level 7) for many years. She holds a master’s degree in real estate planning and has led the Tartu office of Domus Kinnisvara for the past five years.
Over the years, Domus Kinnisvara Vahendus OÜ has grown into one of the largest and most renowned real estate firms in Estonia, with offices in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Viljandi, and Kuressaare.
