For rent: a 2-room apartment in the town of Tapa, on Ülesõidu Street. The apartment is located on the third floor of the building and has a through layout. The bedroom and kitchen face the street side, while the living room windows and balcony open to the back of the house. According to the building registry, the energy efficiency class of the building is C.

The building has been renovated — the end walls are insulated, and the entrance doors, mailboxes, and windows in the stairwell have been replaced.
