Upon entering the apartment, you are first charmed by the view from the windows – facing the courtyard with the characteristic pine trees of Nõmme. Cars parked in the courtyard do not disturb the privacy of the apartment; in the evening, you might only want to use blinds on the lower part of the windows, but nobody can look directly inside.
The courtyard-facing balcony with morning sun exposure is a value of its own.

The apartment layout is smart, and the high ceilings provide significantly more storage space even in regular closets or wardrobes. However, this apartment already includes a separate storage/utility room with connections for a washing machine and plenty of additional storage space. Another walk-in wardrobe is located in the bedroom, which also helps keep the bedroom visually uncluttered.

The second bedroom is smaller, approx. 7.8 m², but thanks to the high ceilings, it feels more spacious and does not create a cramped feeling. It is perfectly suitable as a home office or even a children’s room.

The building was reconstructed by YIT Ehitus, the apartment association has no loans, and no major renovation works are planned.

Heating in the apartments is provided through water-based underfloor heating connected to a central air-to-water heat pump system shared by the building. This system suits our climate well, operating economically during typical mild winters. The heating bill may be higher during the coldest winter month, but for most of the year, the system is more economical than many other heating solutions.

The property is unusually large even for Nõmme – 3059 m² – providing great opportunities for spending time in the courtyard. Behind the building, in addition to parking, there is a large and fairly private green area with benches, a children’s area, and even a shared grill for residents.

Logistically, the immediate proximity of Kivimäe train station makes this apartment an extremely convenient and serious alternative to apartments in the city centre or Kalamaja. The station is just 150 metres from the building, allowing easy travel to Balti Jaam and back without a car, and much more comfortably.
