Toomas Vaks
I joined the hardworking team of Domus Kinnisvara in 2010. In my work I appreciate that it is routine-free thanks to various real estate objects and it allows me to move around a lot.
I have graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Tallinn Institute of Technology and the Faculty of Economics in Tallinn University of Technology and have increased my knowledge in different trainings. I obtained my Master's Degree on the topic "Income rates used in the valuation of commercial real estate".
I am friendly and conscientious. In my free time I like to play sports or stay in the nature.
I am the Appraiser of Domus Kinnisvara in the Years 2013, 2018 and 2019, Athlete of the Year 2011 and also the member of the Estonian Association of Real Estate Appraisers.
