Mirje Kallaste
I have been in the real estate field since 1998 and this job is exciting and challenging for me.
I obtained the Master's degree in business administration (marketing) at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tartu. For continuous self-improvement, I have completed several in-service trainings in real estate, sales, law and management.
I have participated in property sales and valuation working groups, developed the quality of brokerage and appraisal services in companies, and conducted nationwide appraisal and sales trainings. I have also organized real estate information days in different counties and in-service trainings for various companies.
Since 2005 I have been a member of the Estonian Association of Real Estate Appraisers and am active in the professional committee of the association. I have the certificate as a professional valuator and real estate agent.
The most important thing in life is to decide what is the most important. If you do something, do it one hundred percent and do it well. Do it in a fun way and so that you enjoy yourself doing it. Make it useful to others and believe that it is such a pleasure to experience it and this gives you the strength and motivation to start new ventures and do good deeds again and again.
