The house is insulated with 140 mm Kingspan insulation boards. The roof is covered with stylish dark Velux tiles. The building is two stories.
The main entrance is located in the center of the house, leading into a large hallway (19.4 m²). On the west-facing side of the building is a multifunctional workroom (38.3 m²), which could be turned into a large kitchen or dining area, a home office, or even a billiard room. From the workroom, there's a separate entrance to the terrace.
