The apartment is located in a historic building, with windows facing the back of the house. It is in good condition, and all the furniture and appliances shown in the pictures are for the tenant's use. The renovated studio apartment is divided into a kitchen and a living area. The building is equipped with Telia fiber optic cable, newly installed central heating, and new radiators.
The house is surrounded by a large garden (1 922 m²). The Town Hall Square is 600m from the apartment, and nearby are the main building of the University of Tartu, the botanical garden, Toomemägi, and the Emajõgi River.
Parking is available in the courtyard of the house, and the tenant also has access to a large shed.
Upon signing the lease, one month's rent in advance, a security deposit, and a real estate agency fee must be paid.
